Conrad Alvarez

Vice President

Conrad has been in the electrical business for 25 years. His interest began in high school. Enjoying the electrical trade, he decided to join a 5-year apprenticeship program at the North Texas Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee.  During his apprenticeship, he received a Journeyman’s license, and soon after he obtained his electrical Master’s License. After graduating, he received the Golden Pliers award as the Outstanding Apprentice and the NECA – National Electrical Contractors Award.

Conrad has been part of the AMEX team since it was established in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in 2006. Conrad has managed all areas of AMEX, including estimating, project managing, business development, and troubleshooting electrical issues.

Conrad is a member of IBEW Local Union 20, Duck Creek Masonic Lodge #1419, and Hella Shriners.

Conrad is married to his wife and best friend and has 3 beautiful children on earth and 1 in heaven. While not at work he enjoys spending time with his family and grilling on his Traeger.
